Kids II issued a recall of its Baby Einstein Activity Jumpers.  Apparently, these Activity Jumpers pose an “impact hazard.”  According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, “the sun toy attachment on the activity jumper can rebound with force and injure the infant.”

Injuries To Date:

  • There have been 100 reports of incidents
  • There have been 61 reports of injuries, including “bruises, lacerations to the face, a 7-month-old boy who sustained a lineal skull fracture and a chipped tooth to an adult.”
