Nestle has recently issued a recall of its LEAN CUISINE® Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli with production codes of 2311587812 and 2312587812.

Nestle’s LEAN CUISINE Entrée:

On February 8, 2013 Nestlé Prepared Foods Company issued a voluntary recall of two production codes of LEAN CUISINE® Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli because the meal may contain fragments of glass.  According to the FDA, three consumers reported they had found small fragments of glass in the ravioli portion of the entrée.”

There have been no reported illnesses to date.  However, three consumers have reported they had found small fragments of glass in the ravioli portion of the entrée.
