Reminiscent of the Miranda warnings, "anything you say, can and will be used against you in a court of law," a police officer faces having the information he posted on facebook being used against him. The officer, who lists "human waste disposal," as his occupation is being sued by the family of a victim he killed while on duty. The officer was a member of the police gang unit, and the statement is presumably being used to show that he devalued the life of his victim, merely viewing him as "human waste."

The victim's family is seeking damages for wrongful death, excessive force, civil rights and other constitutional violations.
