This is the kind of mess that African Americans have to deal with all the time. They deserved the same right to remain at their dwelling just as the White tenants did. The smart thing to do would have been to hire security or replace the sorry ones that they had. Duh!

I live in a Hid assisted proprty and the managers are not rair. They bend the rules and dont treat each tenant the same. The living situation over here is horrible, the sewer backs up weekly. What can I do as a tenant to fix this or have the management company do right by there tenants.
