
Shannon Blanchard is an attorney licensed by the State of California. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Literature at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). She taught Spanish for a few years, received her Professional Certificate in Translation and Interpretation from UCSD Extension, and completed her Juris Doctor at Abraham Lincoln University, School of Law. She has been a freelance translator for over a decade. She has worked mostly in Immigration Law, with experience also in Employment Law and Litigation. Shannon enjoys writing about many areas of law, including Immigration, Criminal Law, and legal issues related to human rights and civil liberties.
