
Caitlyn M. Obolsky is an attorney licensed by the State of California.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Santa Clara University, and completed her Juris Doctor at University of San Diego School of Law, cum laude.
She has been a blawger since 2008, when she co-founded a student run blog on law and politics.
While Constitutional Law has been the focus of much of her study, Caitlyn’s other areas of interest include Education Law, Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Law (especially Patent Law, Copyright, and Art Law), and legal issues related to parents and families.
