I want to inform the readers of this blog of two voluntary recalls due to possible salmonella contamination. I’ve read about many recalls in the past few months and nothing has disturbed me quite like this one. Of all the snacks that could have been contaminated with salmonella, did it have to be peanut butter? Peanut butter is an easy snack to prepare while on the go, not to mention high in protein!
