May I know how a new immigrant,whose green card has been approved, can obtain Health care, his age being 74 at the time of entry into U.S.

May I know how a new immigrant who has obtained
Permanent Resident Card, Social Security,
Indiana State Identity Card, who is currently more
74 years of age, can get unrestricted medicaid
as applicable to US Citizens or some what diluted
facilities.

I just got accepted to stay in the USA as a political asyee with my four children. I have two degrees from Makerere University Kampala Uganda ,the first one is in political science & history and I have a masters in public admin.& Management. I and my children live in Cape May and would like to get employed first as a clerk or as an assistant admnistrative officer then as I work ,the USA government can mauld me and train me in anything they see fit. My question is how do we get employed? I and my son would like to give back to the Us government by working for it. Kindly guide me and my son in how to get employed .
