		<description>What do anti-spam laws help us if spam is  send outside the US, for example from China.

The Internet does not have borders but laws do.  We need the big brothers (google, microsoft, yahoo) to come together to pull on the same string.  Solutions are there - Digital Signatures, Domain Keys - they just need to be supported by those companies.</description>
