		<description>This is very good advice.  Consulting with an intelligent, experienced and knowledgable attorney is key.  There are far too many men and women sitting in prison because they just didn&#039;t understand the possibilities of what could happen to them if they stepped one foot into the court room.  Reality is with political and public pressure on judges and juries, I doubt there&#039;s ever been a time in our nation&#039;s history when decisions were so up in the air.</description>
