Quite frankly I believe that "lousy" teaching is in the eye of the beholder. Having read a great deal about this case it is apparent the agencies involved went far afield in their zeal to "make" their case. Our public schools are a mess. They "teach the test" and that is about it. All imagination is stifled. Our country hasn't produced a significant invention that could create jobs in years. Our children are our future. If we don't do something to unleash their creativity we will continue to fall farther and farther behind the rest of the world. I agree this decision should be overturned.
