		<description>I agree this decision should be overturned. Quite frankly I believe that &quot;lousy&quot; teaching is in the eye of the beholder. Having read a great deal about this case it is apparent the agencies involved went far afield in their zeal to &quot;make&quot; their case.
Our public schools are a mess. They &quot;teach the test&quot; and that is about it. All imagination is stifled. Our country hasn&#039;t produced  a significant invention that could create jobs in years. Our children are our future. If we don&#039;t do something to unleash their creativity we will continue to fall farther and farther behind the rest of the world.</description>
