• Products Liability: Our client was operating a concrete saw when the blade shattered and caused the blade guard to fly off the machine, striking his chest and arm. The case was settled for $500,000.00
• Automobile Accident: A man was driving a company vehicle after hours when he drove his wife to a bar, where they both consumed alcoholic beverages. On the way home, they had an accident and the wife was killed. We represented the wife’s estate. • Negligence: Our client was employed by gravel company. On the day of the accident, an outside company had come in to make repairs on one of the rock crushing machines and failed to properly secure the movable jaw. The unsecured movable jaw caused our client to fall 12 feet, landing on his knee. Ultimately, our client needed two surgeries on his knee as well as back surgery.
